Policies 

Billing and Payments:

Payment is due on the first of the month, for all sessions scheduled during that month. For example, if you have four 60-minute sessions, a payment of $320 for those four sessions is due on the first of the month.

Payment Methods:

Venmo, Cash App, Paypal or check

Cancellations/Missed Sessions:

If you have to cancel a session, please notify me as soon as possible.

• If you give notice at the beginning of the month, and we are unable to schedule a make-up session that month, you do not have to pay for that session.

• If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, we can either make up that session at an alternative time or credit your payment for that session to the following month.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for that session.

• If you cancel sessions, and do not reschedule, in more than two consecutive months, I will no longer be able to serve you.

• If I cancel a session, and we cannot reschedule, you will be refunded or your payment for that session will be credited to the following month.
